When approached by Gold Coast’s Eye & Laser Centre early in 2017, the team at MeMedia was very enthusiastic about taking the reins of their marketing efforts and new website. Mobile-Friendly Website Design
For the Eye & Laser Centre website, we created a seamless user experience across all devices via a responsive website development and design. We successfully achieved this by designing a well-planned information architecture, creating a simple and effective marketing funnel which directs visitors towards the information they’re looking for.
Monthly Marketing
We set ambitious goals for ourselves when we devised our monthly marketing strategies for Eye & Laser Centre. With the introduction of Queensland’s first ever SMILE laser technology, our goal was to draw attention to the outdoor/active lifestyle that goes hand-in-hand with having clear vision—a lifestyle we all emphasise here at MeMedia.
Infographics
With our informative, yet fun and creative visual representations, MeMedia was able to transform complex information on laser eye surgery into an infographic format that was both engaging and easy-to-digest. Our bright and colourful designs put audiences at ease with the procedures, and allowed them to better understand the differences between the various techniques and their outcomes.
Facebook Marketing
With a monthly contract, we had the opportunity to create some wonderful, and not to mention, well-received Facebook marketing campaigns for Eye & Laser Centre. We successfully drove awareness of the brand and diversified their target audience and demographics with the use of social media advertising and multivariate testing.
Social Postcards
Once again, we implemented the Facebook multivariate strategy for a number of our social postcards. Many of these images were humorous or playful—but each and every one of them had been meticulously designed to resonate with a particular audience.
Content Writing
It was our job to produce copy for the entire website in order to enhance the educational experience and extend the perusal time. Of course, we needed to ensure our copywriting was in compliance with the industry guidelines—so we invested our time and research into producing clinically supported articles and landing pages. Not only is the new and improved long-form copy more accessible to audiences—it’s also driven by data to improve the website’s SEO rankings.
Video Production
There's nothing better than a warm and friendly welcome from the doctor who will perform your surgery and Frank Howes couldn't be a better gentleman to grace the video screen. Video offers patients the chance to get to know their doctor well before walking through the door and they go a long way to comfort patients pre-surgery.
