Mental Health is a topic which is very close to MeMedia's founder and CEO, Chris Hogan's heart. Why? Because the increase in mental health incidents is clearly on the rise.

Many would say that raising awareness of an issue helps people become more educated and potentially more willing to take positive action when it comes to helping themselves or others.

We hope that this episode of Get Fact Up helps create further awareness of how to combat mental health, in your school, your family and friends and your workplace.
